Department Information Systems 1 contributes to 16th International Conference on Group Decision and Negotiation [29.06.16]
The Department Information Systems 1 gladly announces that also this year we have participated in the conference on Group Decision & Negotiation (GDN) located in Bellingham (WA, US).
Dr. Johannes Gettinger presented the results of a joint research project with Prof. Mareike Schoop titled "The Role of Communication to Reduce Conflicts in Negotiations and Mediations". The research project investigates the impact of and interaction between communication quality on various conflict dimensions present in negotiations and mediations.
Furthermore, Prof. Dr. Mareike Schoop, Prof. Dr. Gregory Kersten, and Dr. Johannes Gettinger organised the stream "Negotation Support Systems and Studies" and Dr. Gettinger also chaired one session at the conference.
